Edit registration

This page is the hub for configuring the competition's registration: registration dates, accreditation type, whether sub-organizations may participate, and entry-time information, plus the rulebook, deadlines, mandatory statements and forms, each described in its own section below. It requires you to belong to the organizing club.

• You can edit the registration dates, the accreditation type and whether sub-organizations may participate.
• If accreditation is set to invitation-only, you can approve, reject, revoke or invite organizations to accredit for the competition.

Additional deadlines

This section lets you set additional, more specific deadlines for individual disciplines or relays, on top of the competition's main registration deadline; deadlines can be imported and exported.

Forms

This section lets you define custom fields shown on the registration form, the athlete form and the team form used when organizations register for the competition.

Mandatory statements

This section lets you manage the statements — such as consent or waiver text — that a registering organization must agree to as part of registering for the competition. You can add and edit statements, each with a title and description.

Rulebook

This section shows the competition's age groups and disciplines as used for registration, grouped by type. You can edit it until the ruleset moves past its initial state, after which it becomes read-only.

• You can import or export the rulebook.
• You can view, and while editable change, each age group's name and, for team age groups, its maximum number of participants per organization.
• You can view, and while editable change, each age group's age limits — minimum and maximum age, and, for team age groups, minimum and maximum age sum across the team.
• You can view, and while editable change, each age group's discipline selection rules — the minimum and maximum number of disciplines a participant may enter.
• You can view, and while editable change, each age group's minimum qualifying scores per gender.
• You can view, and while editable change, each team age group's team-member rules — minimum and maximum team size, and whether registering team members in advance is required.
• You can view each age group's list of disciplines, grouped by rating type, and, while editable, add, edit or remove disciplines and their gendered events.
